Description of relevant experience/profile

I have over 25+ years experiential practice in social work including leadership positions at principal level and in safeguarding roles both nationally and internationally.
Since I trained as a clinical supervisor in 2012, I supervise individuals, teams and leadership roles operating across various sectors and jurisdictions including statutory and voluntary services, medical, primary care, private medical services, disability, older persons services and elder abuse, mental health, adult safeguarding and protection (18 years+) nationally, and internationally safeguarding teams and leadership working across the INGO sector in humanitarian aid and development, conflict regions, emergency crises and migration.
I provide clinical supervisor training, masterclasses, workshops and bespoke training programmes.
I am a visiting University lecturer in TCD (Trinity College Dublin) Masters Programme in Social Work and in the School of Nursing, as well as the RCSI (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland) over many years, and volunteer as an international board advisor and guest speaker.
