Supervison
Professional supervision is an important part of safe, reflective and effective social work practice. This section brings together information on the supervision standard within the SWRB Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics for Social Workers, the IASW Supervision Standards for Social Workers and guidance on accessing external supervision.
Reflective
Reflective practice supports learning, professional confidence and high-quality services. IASW members can access the Reflective Practice for HSCP eLearning module developed by the National HSCP Office in collaboration with SCI, ISCP and ACSLM on behalf of the HSCP Professional Development Network.
