Paula Donohoe

I have my own private practice as a clinical supervisor while also working on a Children’s Disability Network Team. My supervisory experience expands from working with social workers, social care, nurses, and allied professionals to senior and middle managers. I provide reflective supervision for practitioners to explore their work with clients, their work within their wider system and the impact of their work on themselves. My focus is to provide a supportive space for self -reflection and exploration which creates resourced and resilient practitioners at a time when the world most desperately needs their services and support.
